LETTER OF THANKS
Dear Mark,
As you know in December 2006, my company purchased the Foodworks Supermarket, in Goomeri Queensland. At the time, it had an ATM provided by your company for the previous owner, that although only 3 months old, was not working correctly.
Since you were determined to have an ATM that worked first time for every customer, your company replaced the ATM with another new ATM, at no cost to us on the 14 Dec 2006.
Since this new ATM arrived, it has worked first time for every customer and we have only telephoned you to order receipt paper, and another time to ask you how to reduce the amount of cash that a customer can withdraw from $300 to $200.
It was the first ATM installed in Goomeri, and although we have not yet reached the transaction level necessary to cover the rental, it is very popular and convenient for our customers and very good for our supermarket business.
You said to me when I was considering your company as our ATM provider, that being the owner of Mandrake.atm, that we'd have a business owner to business owner relationship, and that you offer excellent and personalized service.
Your service is indeed, 'First Class', and I trust our business relationship will continue to be beneficial for both of us as my customers enjoy and use the convenience of our in-store ATM, backed up by your first class service.
